Become a not-so-mad scientist, conduct mind-boggling experiments and learn about the amazing world around us!
Are there budding young scientists in your household? Nurture the curious spirit of your preschoolers by enrolling them in Chippie's Sensational Science Labs, an educational series for children aged 3 to 5. Inspired by Chippie, BCM's chipmunk mascot, these interactive monthly sessions will engage and entertain kids while teaching science basics, incorporating S.T.E.A.M. elements and age-appropriate experiments.
Cost: museum admission plus $3 lab fee per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Free parking.
This month, explore science using patterns with pony bead designs! Plastic pony beads are barrel-shaped beads which are very popular for many types of crafts and jewelry-making projects.
